1) El foro no se hace responsable por el contenido de las opiniones, comentarios y material publicado por sus usuarios, de modo que éste refleja únicamente el pensamiento de su emisor, pero se compromete a hacer respetar las normas generales y particulares estipuladas, tanto expresa como tácitamente en este foro, como en el común de los foros de su especie.

2) El material disponible para descargar no se encuentra en nuestro servidor, sino que se trata de links alojados en servidores públicos y fácilmente localizables en la web, por lo que el foro no se hace responsable por la legalidad o ilegalidad del contenido de los links.

3) Está prohibido terminantemente hacer cualquier tipo de SPAM, publicidad o mención a cualquier tipo de website afín a esta, ya sean foros, páginas de participación colectiva o similares, ya sea por medio de hipervínculos, de archivos de texto o cualquier tipo dentro de las carpetas, de imágenes alusivas, de passwords en los links, de textos "ocultos" dentro de las tags de los albumes o de imágenes o texto alusivos dentro del perfil de cada usuario. Las sanciones por las contravenciones a esta norma pueden llegar desde amonestaciones expresas y hasta incluso la suspensión del usuario (baneo), ya sea temporal o ilimitada para el ingreso al foro.

4) Los tópicos de la zona DESCARGAS, de AUDIO o VIDEO están sujetos a cualquier tipo de modificación, edición y hasta eliminación que los Moderadores consideren pertinentes, no responsabilizándose el foro por ninguna acción u omisión personal de ninguno de los Moderadores.

5) Cualquier irregularidad en los tópicos o mensajes, ya sea aquélla visual o funcional, que entorpezca o inutilice el normal funcionamiento del foro podrá ser modificada e incluso suprimida sin previo aviso por cualquier Moderador facultado, haciéndose cargo el emisor de las sanciones, amonestaciones o suspensiones que el foro estime pertinentes.

6) El foro se regirá por:

1- Las reglas generales escritas posteadas en la zona REGLAS / RULES,
2- Las reglas particulares, posteadas en las diferentes sub-secciones del foro,
3- Los usos y costumbres generales de este foro, aún cuando no estuvieren registradas en forma escrita
4- La buena fe, manifiesta o aparente, tanto de usuarios como de Moderadores y Administradores.

7) El foro NO EXIGE participación obligatoria a sus usuarios.

8) SERÁN BORRADAS SIN PREVIO AVISO LAS CUENTAS DE TODOS AQUELLOS NUEVOS USUARIOS QUE SE REGISTREN Y NO ACTIVEN SU CUENTA DURANTE LOS 20 DÍAS SUBSIGUIENTES.
